Being a family-owned enterprise since our inception in 1951, our Toyota dealership is more than just a business for us; it is our life.

Everyone we know, including our family, friends, and employees, drive Toyotas, as do each of us. So when the recalls were announced, we were personally on the phone with each of our loved ones.

As with all of our business practices, the same way we treat our family and friends is the way we treat our customers.  So, we want you to know what we conveyed to our family, friends and employees:

The reality is that recalls are bothersome and, although Toyota has had minimal safety recalls over the years, the media has made this one scary. While recalls can be inconvenient, they are important as they are designed with your safety primarily, as well as the safety of your vehicle and investment in it, in mind.

Since we can’t personally call each one of our customers, we’re sending you this invitation to contact us with any concerns you may have. Please don’t hesitate to utilize the recall hotline below that we’ve set up to efficiently address any questions you may have, as well as educate you on this topic and provide the reassurance we’ve always given in the past.

Should you still feel uneasy, we will be happy to perform your recall service now so that you can have further peace-of-mind even though you may not have received a recall letter from Toyota yet.  In fact, we have already completed hundreds of recall services already.  Simply call our service department to schedule that appointment.

We have extended our service hours to accommodate the increased demand and to eliminate long wait times.  In addition, we have increased our loaner vehicle fleet and staff.

If you still remain adamant about replacing your vehicle with one not currently under recall, then we will do our best, as always, to ensure that you drive away happy in the vehicle of your choosing.
