As background, we had been casually contemplating the purchase of a used minivan for several months, and as such, had dealings with numerous sales personnel at other dealerships. In mid-November the situation became imperative. When I first met Ms. Taylor to examine and test-drive the vehicle we eventually purchased, I was immediately impressed by her thorough knowledge of an enthusiasm for the Toyota brand. This was important since we have no prior experience owning a Toyota.
