Just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the way you guys at A-1 handled the recall for my 2006 corolla. I was in for my scheduled 45,000 service and Mike Querfeld suggested that A-1 take a look and see if I did indeed have an inferior computer part for the recall. I figured if the computer part were inferior I would have to return to have it replaced, BUT when I paid the bill I was informed if was replaced.
