I was here and in need of Toyota repair history on my recently purchased Tacoma. The lady working here was very helpful while being discreet in regard to any personal/sensitive information. It is a nice dealership.

Honest mechanics! Did some simple fixes instead of more expensive replacements. Sent a short video from the mechanic showing exactly what was wrong and proposed fix. Super pleased with repairs and how they kept me aware of when my car would be ready. Felt no pressure to do any repairs I chose to wait on. HIGHLY recommend.

Amanda Patrick has been our service manager for over a year. She is great! I would say that she is one of the best service managers we have ever had. She's easy to talk to and she's very knowledgeable. I feel confident when I leave our 2019 Prius in her hands. Five stars for Amanda Patrick!!

I needed to have my Sienna water pump changed ASAP and two other Toyota service centers I called were at least a week out. Then I called A-1 Toyota and Amanda answered, she was extremely knowledgeable and informed me they could take my car the next morning and since I had the Platinum Warranty I was eligible for a loaner vehicle at no charge, Sal made all the arrangements and it was too easy. I have the car back and everything appears to functioning as its supposed to. I always come away from A-1 Toyota very impressed and will look to continue to do business with them. Owais gave me a call from the dealership. And ask if I was interested in sienna XLE HYBRID. I was looking for one in the market. This was the only 1 they had in the dealership. Owais made sure this was mine, and he took care of my whole family from the beginning. We are New Jersey residents. But we now move to Connecticut, orange. Great dealership! I picked car online through Toyota Smart path, came there and all the paper work was done in advance. Owais is the great sales man, showed and guided me through entire process. Eddie was great and helped me with finance and DMV. Gary and Frank were also amazing and guided me over the phone in advance, since I’m foreigner and had really many questions about the process how to buy the car. Happy with my RAV4 Hybrid XSE.

I had a great experience buying my car here. I ended up at this dealership because they were one of the few near me that had the specific color combination I was looking for without markups or unnecessary fees. They were an hour and a half drive from my house but 100% worth it, I'm really glad I ended up coming here. The entire process was ridiculously straightforward and easy. I emailed with Sunny and Gary before coming to the dealer to confirm and finalize availability of the vehicle and pricing beforehand. They informed me that A-1 is a "no haggle" dealership (which proves to be 100% true, to my surprise), and were extremely straightforward and upfront. I put down a deposit over the phone, scheduled an appointment, and came up to the dealership the day of my appointment. The sales person I worked with during my appointment, EJ, was very friendly, informative, and extremely easy to work with. The finance manager we spoke with was easy going and straightforward. And the manager who spoke to us briefly before leaving was also very kind. I feel very lucky to have happened upon this dealership and to have had such a surprisingly easy experience. We were in and out in a couple hours. I absolutely recommend this dealership, and I'd absolutely drive a couple hours again to have such an easy car buying experience again. More than worth it.

My wife and I just purchased a Grand Highlander from A1 Toyota and the process was far from the dreaded stereotype of the pressure cooker experience showrooms used to be. A1 is haggle free meaning the price listed for sale is the lowest price they will sell a vehicle for. That policy made me choose A1 a second time in five years to purchase a new vehicle. Our salesman Owais made the purchasing experience unexpectedly pleasant with his disarming warmth and sincerity. Three months ago he joined the sales team which was surprising to learn since he was so knowledgeable about the products.
