Serhii was phenomenal! I never felt pressured by him to make the purchase- which as you know is a big purchase. Went above and beyond to make things right for me. There was some miscommunication when I made the appointment for service, they said they had the part and I’d be in and out same day. After I dropped it off they informed me that the car wasn’t going to be ready for another day and made it up to me by bringing the vehicle an hour away to my rural farm and I am so so so grateful and now feel loyal to the dealership.

Great communication from the Sales staff coordinating pickup, Kevin and Gary were amazing and I would shop here again! I'd give 4.5 stars if I could, with 1/2 star off due to the Finance Dept. never returning my voicemail and some issues I had with the pre-delivery inspection, which Kevin was able to address to ensure I was completely satisfied leaving the lot.

I've had my brand new truck2022 tacoma ACC trd sport for 9 months. Gone through 2 free maintenance appointments where they rotate tires change oil and filter. The wait on average has been 1 hour 15 minutes which I find reasonable for free maintenance. I see alot of unhappy Woodbridge snobs waiting every time and I just laugh. I decided to buy a new car here primarily because I like their no-haggle policy. The vehicle came much earlier than expected and although there was a delay in the buying process because of a problem from my end, the salesperson Lina and other staff helped me with a passion to solve the problem. Later when the problem was solved I visited there without an appointment or giving a heads up though, they handled the whole process seamlessly and I could go home with my new car.
