She's very pleasant can't remember her name though but she has taken care of me through my sister who drops the car off and my sister has no problems either. She is a very professional and very pleasant woman No although you really shouldn't enjoy your experience I did. I like the coffee shop I love the vehicles outside and inside you could scoot around and look. The mechanic (Leo) was amazing, quickly help me with a flat tire and answered my question. However, I had called before coming to A-1 to ask if there is a tire in stock matching my tires and a person told me that there weren't one (GeoTour, which actually was in the system as Geo-smth touring). I spent an hour looking to purchase this or equivalent tire myself and haven't find one. When I showed up in person at A-1, it turned out that the correct tire is in stock and Leo quickly helped me with that. So, the service is great but it would be even more helpful if a person on the phone would let me know that GeoTour's were actually in stock.

Actually, I bought a van from A1 twice, so this time I went to inquire only about the price. The 2025 Tundra SR5 Crewmax 6.5bed that I wanted had to be orderedfrom the factory. During the boring time, I thought about changing to a Ford Truck, but the salesman Serhill Sazonov was like a brother to me, and he consulted meabout everything about the car 24 hours a day by phone or text. In addition to the honest price and quick processing, his humble attitude toward customers also felt likethe quality of Toyota. I am really satisfied with the truck. I met the person who sold me the Siena 10 years ago, and now he is a manager. I heard that manyemployees stay there for a long time. I respect the owner's leadership.As always, A1 TOYOTA did a very professional job. My friends have premium grades like Ram, Ford 150 or Chevy. But the SR5 crewmax is in no way inferior toother manufacturers. I want to buy a new truck for my family as the mortgage on the car is up in 5 years.
