I called about 35 dealerships between buffalo Ny and Naples FL, I have to say that in this new age (post covid) A-1 Toyota was the only dealership not to play games andto offer full transparency from the beginning. The dealership is beautiful, clean and design for maximum effi ciency. The sales person was extremely transparentprofessional and prepared, I never once experienced the usual game all dealership play "let me ask my manager..."This experience was very refreshing and especiallybecause the dealership is not too far from my location. A-1 is a gem, sadly one of 35 all the others (34 dealerships) played games, "dealer fees, environmental fees ordealer adjustment fees" or better we only discuss price if you come to the dealer in person... A-1 Toyota should be used a "model dealership" in the country for all tolearn the business and above all ethics! One word on the redesigned Prius, the car performs as promised excellent vehicle!

was very happy with the care and attention provided to me by Kenny and the guys that assisted me when I pulled into the garage area to check in.Rather than keepme waiting for my car to be serviced after it was determined that I needed a new water pump,I was given a loaner car for my use for 24 hours.The process was easy,and the gentleman that was in charge of the loaner cars showed me the instrument panel and how to put the lights on auto,showed me the button to open the gas tank,and how to adjust the seat and mirrors.I left with the assurance that my car would be ready on Saturday morning.Kenny called me about 8:30am Saturday, and saidmy car could be picked up after 10:30am.I feel confi dent that the mechanic did a great job replacing my water pump.I thought the inspection video of the mechanic,Steven Gonzalez, introducing himself and explaining what the noise was that I was hearing from the water pump pulley was wonderful.Please thank him for me.
